CDPHE CW 9 Soil Type R Long Term Acceptance Rate Policy

This policy clarifies the intent of current requirements within the On-site Wastewater Treatment System Regulation (Regulation 43) relative to the application of long term acceptance rates for the design and sizing of the soil treatment area when type R soils are encountered. This policy clarifies any perceived conflicts between items noted within Table 10-1A (Section 43.10.C) and those noted in the footnotes to that table.
