The Installer class is a nationally recognized OWTS class developed to provide training, testing and certification for individuals who install OWTS systems. The topics covered in this 1-day course are planning and site evaluation; proper installation of tanks and advanced treatment units; using good installation principles for installing below grade, at-grade and above grade soil treatment areas; proper installation of pump and pump stations; proper installation of different media and media filters. This course has been used as a preparatory course for CIDWT Installers Exam.

*REGISTRATION FOR THE ONLINE CLASS CLOSES AT 8AM MST ON THURSDAY, MAY 2ND. REGISTRATION FOR THE IN-PERSON OPTION WILL CLOSE WHEN THE VENUE CAPACITY IS REACHED*

*NAWT Certificates require 8 CEU hours every 2 years to remain current. NAWT CEU hours can be obtained by attending any NAWT-approved course or event.*

CPOW EXAM POLICY:

• If the exam is not passed during the first attempt, a second attempt will be allowed, and will be scheduled after the first attempt. If the second attempt does not result in a passing score, or if the rescheduled exam date is missed with no notification, the participant will need to re-take the full course again, but at the Audit/Observe rate due to the certification being paid for with the first registration. The registration for the next class will provide for two additional attempts to take the exam to obtain a passing grade.
